Wherever you are, baby. We provide free sauna transportation to any location within 25 miles of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Beyond that, it’s just $[7] per mile. (Yes, we deliver to Minnesota and Iowa, too!)

There’s no maximum (unless another customer is waiting in line, of course). For private rentals, we require a 2-night minimum on “normal” days and a 3-night minimum over holidays. For pop-up events, we require a 2-hour minimum. We prefer drop-off and pick-up times between 12–3 p.m., though we can usually be flexible to your needs.

Everything you need for a relaxing sauna experience: free transportation to and from your location (within 25 miles of Sioux Falls); complete setup, training, and teardown; a full bundle of firewood for each rental day; and a bucket, ladle, and essential oils for steaming. Want to enhance your experience even more? Add an ice bath, firepit, or other available upgrades.

Nothing, really! We just need a clear, flat space that’s wide enough for our 7x14-foot trailer. We’ll take care of delivering the sauna, setting it up, and teaching you how to use it, which all takes about 30 minutes. When your sauna reservation is done, we’ll come to tear it down and drive it away, leaving you with nothing but happy, sweaty memories.

Nope — unless you’re using the ice bath, in which case we’ll need access to a water source to fill it. Because the mobile sauna is wood-burning, it doesn’t need electricity to run. And the Bluetooth surround sound and LED lighting are both powered by the exterior solar panel. That means you can use the sauna pretty much anywhere!

The sauna is 7x14 feet, so it really depends how comfortable you are with your companions. BFF status? Up to 6 adults. Just met yesterday? More like 3–4 adults. (Kids can squeeze in anywhere.)

Cold plunging is a fad for a reason. By submerging yourself in ice water, your body gets a rush of energy that helps regulate your blood pressure and boosts your body’s dopamine and serotonin production. Alternate 1–5 minutes in the ice bath with 15–20 minutes in the sauna for about 3–4 rounds, and you’ve just given yourself the gift of hot-cold contrast therapy (and a thrillingly good time, too). 

Relax — that’s what we’re here for, remember? Our wood-burning sauna is very beginner-friendly. Upon delivery, we’ll spend as much time as needed showing you how to use it safely and effectively. In the wise words of Geico: It’s so easy, a caveman could do it.
